Teresa M. Loucks

East Berlin – Teresa M. (Stine) Loucks, 63, of East Berlin, PA, passed away, Sunday, November 30, 2025, at her home.   She was engaged to Dale Forry.

Teresa was born on September 19, 1962, in York and was the daughter of the late Charles F. Stine and Nancy A. (Hess) Stine.

She was employed at Wesco Distribution in Lemoyne for many years.  Teresa enjoyed animals, music and most importantly spending time with her family.  She was a member of the West Manchester Township V.F.W. Post 7374.

Teresa is survived by her sons, Christopher Stine and David Wampler, Jr. and his wife Britney; her stepsons, Matthew Forry, Andrew Forry, and Seth Forry; ten grandchildren; her sister, Kathy Miller; her brothers, Charles Stine, Jr. and Dennis Stine; seven nieces and nephews; 7 great nieces and nephews and three great great nieces and nephews. 

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Leber Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Dover, PA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Leber Funeral Home, York County SPCA or the Harvest of Blessing.
