Sue A. Lennon

DOVER – Sue A. (Bunnell) Lennon, 89, of Dover, passed away, Thursday, November 13, 2025, at York Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in York.   She was the wife of the late Clifford B. Lennon.

Sue was born May 22, 1936, in Phoenixville, PA and was the daughter of the late Ziba and Neoma (Smith) Bunnell.

She graduated from Adamsdale School District.  She was employed by AMF, Harley Davidson, and Flamingo Hilton in Las Vegas, NV, and retired from the United States Government Census Bureau.

Sue is survived by her daughters, Christina Shoff and her husband, Shorty of Wrightsville, PA, Susan Ogle and her husband Dan of York, PA, and Carol Johnson and her husband Ron of York, PA, her sons, David Long and his wife Kathy of York and Michael Long and his wife Tina of Dover, PA; thirteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren, and her sister, Julia Beck of Dover, PA.

Her memorial service will begin at 12:00 PM, Friday, November 21, 2025. at Shiloh Lutheran Church, 2201 Church Road, York, Pa.  Her visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Friday at the church.  Her burial will be in Shiloh Union Cemetery.  Officiating at her service will be her pastor Reverend DeAnn Books from Shiloh Lutheran Church.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Leber Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Dover, PA.
