Steven M. McCrensky 

YORK – Steven M. McCrensky, 81, of York, passed away, Friday, July 11, 2025, at UPMC Memorial Hospital in York, PA.  He was the husband of Cindy (Pappas) McCrensky of York, PA. 

Steven was born January 11, 1944, in Providence, RI and was the son of the late Leo and Dora (Fisherman) McCrensky. 

He graduated from Sharon Senior High school in Sharon, MA and later attended Boston College in Boston, MA.  He was employed as a retail manager by Ollies Bargain Outlet until his retirement.  Steven proudly served his country in the United States Army. 

In addition to his wife, Cindy, Steven is survived by his daughters, Meghan Almodovar of Dover, PA, and Jamie McCrensky of Scottsdale, AZ; three grandchildren, Chelsea, Myles, and Evan; his two great grandchildren, Sicily, and Willa, and his brother, Jonathan McCrensky of Ocala, FL.  Steven was preceded in death by his son, Matthew McCrensky and his sister, Sandra Light.

Steven’s, funeral service and burial will be private.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Leber Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Dover, PA.
