Phillip L. Handley
DOVER – Phillip L. Handley, 69 of Dover, passed away Sunday, February 8, 2026, at his home in Dover, PA. He was the husband of Rebecca (Morris) Handley.
Phillip was born February 14, 1956, in York, PA and was the son of the late Lee and Evelyn (Knopp) Handley.
He retired from Harley Davidson in York, PA. Phillip was a good father and wonderful husband. He will be missed dearly.
In addition to his wife, Phillip is survived by his brother, Ray Handley, and his sisters, Lisa Ambrose and Sherry Sanderson. He was preceded in death by his stepson, Jesse Davis.
His service and burial will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Leber Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Dover, PA.
