Pearl I. Sebring
DOVER – Pearl I. (Clapper) Sebring, 87, of Dover, PA passed away, Sunday, December 28, 2025, at Wellspan York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Royce W. Sebring who passed away on July 21, 2025.
Mrs. Sebring was born September 30, 1938, in Reading Township, Adams County, PA and was the daughter of the late Charles and Fannie (Hamilton) Clapper.
She was employed by Dover Garment Company in Dover, PA and later retired from Tighe Industries in York, PA.
Mrs. Sebring is survived by her daughter, Tammy Mummert of York, PA; her son, Rodger Sebring of TN; eight grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren, and her sister, Mary Geiselman of Dover, PA. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Carbaugh and her son, Rodney Sebring.
Her graveside service will begin at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Suburban Memorial Gardens in Dover, PA. Officiating at her service will be Reverend Lisa Hair. Arrangements have been entrusted to Leber Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Dover, PA.
