Karen S. Bupp

YORK – Karen S. (Miller) Bupp, 83 of York, passed away, Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Wellspan York Hospital.  She was the wife of the late Oscar R. Bupp who passed away April 17, 2022.

Karen was born on September 3, 1942, in York, PA and was the daughter of the late Raymond E. E. Miller and Helen N. (Reiber) Miller.

She graduated in 1960 from West York High School in York.  She was a member Shiloh United Church of Christ, and Shiloh Garden Club.  She enjoyed sewing, knitting and gardening and was an avid reader.

Karen is survived by her daughter, Rebekah M. Bupp of Mechanicsburg, PA; her son, Jonathan E. Bupp and his wife, Heather of Mechanicsburg, PA, two grandchildren, Charlotte Bupp and Meredith Bupp, her nieces, Linda Little and her husband Richard, and Kathleen Roth, her nephew Steven Miller and many extended family members.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Marlene Miller, her brother, Rodney Miller, and her niece, Deborah Schaale.

Her funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Shiloh United Church of Christ, 2251 Willow Road, York, PA.  Her viewing will be from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, Saturday at the church.  Her burial will be in Shiloh Union Cemetery in (Shiloh) York, PA.  Officiating at her service will be Reverend Dr. Melinda M. LaMontagne.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Leber Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Dover, PA.
