Donald C. "Don" Mansberger

Donald C. "Don" Mansberger, 88, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at York North Nursing and Rehab, York. He was the loving husband of Laura A. (Guise) Mansberger with whom he celebrated 62 years of marriage on May 4th.

Mr. Mansberger was born in York Springs on August 9, 1936, he was the son of the late, Clyde and Maybelle (Taylor) Mansberger.

Don served his county honorably in the US Army. He was later employed by IBM as a technician for 32 years. Don was a member of St. David's Evangelical Church, Dover, PA.

He loved spending time with his grandchildren. Don enjoyed computers and trains.

In addition to his wife, Laura, survivors include, three children, Amy D. Mansberger of Dover, Andrew D. Mansberger and wife, Robin of York and Micheal J. Mansberger and wife, Kelly of York, six grandchildren, Sean A., James M., Alex T., Ian M., Emerson J., and Elliott D. Mansberger, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Louise Heebner and Joyce Larue.

His funeral service will be held on Monday, January 6, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at St. David's E.C. Church, 2411 Oakland Road, Dover, PA. There will be a viewing from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service.  Burial will be private.
