Billy Joe Lowe

DOVER- Billy J. Lowe, 65, of Dover, passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at his home. He was the husband of Bonnie L. (Gettier) Lowe.

Billy was born on February 29, 1960, in Red Lion, PA, and was the son of the late Flo Lowe.

He graduated from Red Lion High School in 1979. He worked as a maintenance mechanic at Chewy. Billy enjoyed riding his motorcycle, swimming, going to the beach, and spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, Billy is survived by his sons, Joshua W. Lowe of Windsor and Joshua Steinmetz of Washington State; his daughters, Jessica Mundorf of New Oxford and Amanda Haight of Lebanon; his brothers, Jim Lowe, Rick Lowe, Mark Lowe, and Barry Gettier; his sisters, Darlene Lizotte, Tina Stern, and Joy Heiland; ten grandchildren, Robert, Hailey, Aahz, Rayla, Hope, Natalie, Lynsey, Bentley, Donnie, and Lexi; and his great-grandson, Levi. He was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Lowe, and his sisters, Linda Conrad and Carol Mitzel.

Services and burial for Billy will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to Leber Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc.
