YORK- Evelyn M. Shultz, 103, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.

She was the wife of the late P. Dale Shultz, who passed away in March 1995, they were married for 53 years.

Evelyn was the daughter of the late William and Amanda (Witmer) Newcomer. She was preceded in death by her brother, Glenn "Jim" Newcomer, York and her son, Randy D. Shultz, Lewisberry. She retired after 28 years at Dentsply.

She is survived by a daughter, Peggy L. Lutz and husband Barry of Glen Rock and daughter-in-law Hope Shultz of Lewisberry.

She enjoyed her five grandchildren, Todd Lutz and wife Melissa, Troy Lutz and companion Katie, Timothy Lutz and wife Rhonda, Randy D. Shultz and wife Ashley, and Jessie Shultz and fiancé Dan; as well as 12 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

She frequently visited with her nieces, Mitzi Jo Roth of York, Debbie Rhea and husband Steve of Dumfries, VA and her recently deceased niece, Cathy Selmser of Dumfries, VA; and a nephew of New York.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Leber Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc. Burial and services will be private at the convenience of the family.
